Keeping Up With The Kids

Kids are always saying new things. Things like "whatever" or "as if" or my favorite "loser, loser, double loser, whatever, as if, get the picture, duh" (of course all of these have accompanying hand signs. If you'd like to see them just ask me). I heard a new one today though. I thought I'd share it with you because it made me laugh for a long time (although I think that had more to do with the discussion we were having. We were talking about sign language and how some people use their hands to talk. "Shawn" said "oh, like this? Whatever. Major Loser." And showed me the hand signs. Yes Shawn. Like this.)

What

Ever
Major
Loser
Some day I may actually use this one when I'm talking to an adult and just see what happens.

  1. I dare you to use it on your Principal or another teacher!

  2. Oh yes! You have to save it up for a really good moment. This has got to be like flipping the bird ( which I think is hilarious, even though I don't ever do it). Still though...it is going to be awesome.

  3. Okay, is that the actual kid? Because his t-shirt makes it even funnier to me!

  4. That is the actual kid (its ok if I don't show his face right?). And his shirt does say "I'm not cocky. I'm just better than you." Something else I'd like to be able to do.
